General Information
Usually CDMA pre-owned certified handsets will be eligible for activation on the PagePlus network for voice dialing and standard text messaging. Due to the software loaded into the handsets, PagePlus will not guarantee that the advanced features such as picture messaging, data services, and BREW will work correctly on the device.
For best results, please use a PagePlus approved handset. A tri-mode or dual band phone will be best as these phones are able to use both regular cellular networks and PCS networks.
However, please note, many other devices also work fine with
Picture/Video Messaging and Mobile Web.
A wireless prepaid device can only be activated on that prepaid network service during the first six months after activating and cannot be used with any other wireless service even if it's no longer used to receive service from that carrier.
Brand new wireless prepaid devices such as the Samsung Smooth, LG VX5500, Samsung Intensity and Motorola W755 (and others) are not allowed on the PagePlus Network unless they were originally activated on the appropriate wireless prepaid network at least 6 months ago.
Orders submitted with these devices as the intended device will not be processed nor refunded.
We CANNOT do an Activation, ESN Change, or Port In Activation to a new wireless prepaid device that has NOT been active on the previous or original wireless network for up to 6 months.
Neither PagePlus Cellular nor Ivy Cellular will support or assist with programming, Web, Data, Internet, WAP, MMS, SMS, Voice, Text or anything else regarding your device if you did not purchase a PagePlus Cellular Authorized Device directly
from PagePlusCellular.com or from Ivy Cellular.
If you are using a device that you did NOT purchase from PagePlusCellular.com or directly from Ivy Cellular, we cannot and will not support it nor offer refunds for any services that do not work on your device. You are on your own. Use these non-authorized devices at your own risk.
